It was clear and brisk during the day, warm in the sun – then clear and cold overnight…and it was all just right in the Ocala National Forest…

Glad you had fun and didn’t freeze! Not even any frostbitten toes?
Nope, no frostbite anywhere. See, I was 2nd tier to the fire, then curled up in my hammock. I managed to get out to ‘tend to nature’ around 0315 with no adverse reactions…I’d changed into my boots and was fully clothed except for my parka, boots & gloves while I was sleeping, it was easy as can be.
The gumbo that Gumbo made was so yummy. The low-country boil was to DIE for…but the best food of all was the bacon & egg McMuffin Johnny Walker made for breakfast at our campfire the next morning. Finest Kind!
I do like a good low country boil. The bacon and egg McMuffin sounds purty good, too!
